Easton's 8 Months!!
I can't believe Easton is 8 months old already. Time is just flying by. I say this alot but it is true..."he is quite the charmer." Around 7 months he picked up clapping his hands and loves when we play "paddy cake." No that he is 8 months he has 2 teeth (which popped through June 9/10) and he waves "hi" which is adorable. We were standing in line picking up Presley from camp and a lady started talking and waving to him. Next thing I know he is waving back!! It was adorable...he was completely flirting with her. ;)
He isn't crawling yet but will pull his knees up under himself. He LOVES to roll and will roll all over the place. He is quite content with just hanging out on the floor with his toys. He loves to sit and play with is blocks.
He goes down for bed around 7pm and sleeps until 6:30/7pm. I stopped nursing at 7 1/2 months and he has transitioned well into formula. He really likes eating puffs and yogurt melts.
I just adore this little guy and can't get enough of him. He is such a wonderful blessing!

Some Priceless Moments From My Children
Presley: Presidents Day: Presley: Mommy why is there no preschool today? Me: Today is Presidents day. Presley: YAY!!! (she was overly excited and I didn't quite understand why until the next day) Next Day: Presley: Mommy what day was yesterday? Me: It was Presidents day. Presley: But I didn't get any presents. ( She said this with her very sad face...it made me want to laugh and then go out right then and there and buy something for her.)
Rylee: Wes has been out of town for 2 weeks in March. And when he comes home he tells us...."I missed you guys!!" He'll say it for most of the day once he returns because the kids are stuck to him like leeches. Well for the past couple weeks when Rylee leaves a room and comes back she says "awe I missed you guys." Each word is as clear as if an adult said it. I think she missed Wes sooo much she was truly hanging on every word he said. It is sweet.
Easton: Not talking yet but he has this genuine charmer smile...almost like I know that it is 4am Mommy and your tired but my smile will make it all better. And it usually does! He seriously will stop eating/nursing to look at me smile and then go back to eating. Almost like he knows I needed a smile at that moment.
March Madness!!
We have made it through March!! 3 Birthdays and 2 parties later we are now happy to step into April and hopefully warmer weather! This month although its been busy has been wonderful because for the most part we have ALL been healthy!! It has been so nice to look at all 3 of my kids and see them all healthy.
Wes was out of town for work for 2 weeks in March so that added to the craziness. Presley and Rylee were dying for him to be home. I was able to manage everything pretty smoothly which surprised me. I thought for sure I might sink while he was gone but I was able to keep my head up and both those weeks were wonderful with the kids. Thank you Jesus. None-the-less I was ready for Wes to be home and sooo thankful that he decided to come home early from one of his trips and surprise me with flowers! That was so wonderful and caught me completely off guard.
Rylee's Birthday was up 1st turning the BIG number 2!! Presley really helped Rylee getting into the Birthday spirit. By the end of the day Presley had Rylee singing "happy birthday to Rylee!!" Her day started out with going to breakfast with daddy a tradition we have started with all the kids. She LOVED it. That evening we had a small family party and then a birthday celebration on Sunday (my birthday) fished themed. Rylee LOVES fish so there were fish decorations, fish cake and crafts! I think it was quite successful and she had a wonderful time.
My birthday was next! Turned 29! One more year until I am 30!! YAY!! I am actually excited about turning 30.
March rounded out with celebrating Presley turning 4!! She had a gymnastics party with all her girls friends and had a BLAST!! I think she was kinda bummed when the party was all over. I could see it on her face. :) Her birthday feel on a Tuesday and since there was no school Wes had her for the entire morning. He of course took her out to breakfast and then they went to visit Aunt Corinne at Banfield/Petsmart. She had a wonderful morning and I think she felt truly special. That evening all the family came over to wish her a BIG happy birthday. Her big gift this year from us was a bike!! She is working very hard to get the hang of riding one. I am very proud of her.
So.....as you can plainly see it has been a busy one for us. With wrapping up my March blog I can't leave out Mr. Easton...the go with the flow, life is wonderful, happy go luckily little charmer!! He has been Mr. Flexible with everything going on this month. I just adore him more and more with each passing day. He is starting to make LOTS of noises with his mouth and laughs when he does...it is cute. He is trying to sit up without falling over and almost has the hang of it. He will be 6 months on the 7th of April which is hard to believe. I started him on rice cereal and then rice cereal with bananas in March. He only has it about once a day. I'm not really pushing the eating thing because he does sooo well nursing and is content with that. I will probably starting introducing him to more in April. March has been a great month!! Even though it was crazy busy it was a wonderful busy. I will post pictures soon!!

My girls are dancing queens!!
Yesterday was my brother's wedding or as Presley called it "Princess Party Day!" Let me just say that my girls were dancing queens. I wish I could have video taped them on the dance floor. They danced from 8:30 until 11pm with little breaks for water...lol. They were thirsty after all that dancing. I just couldn't believe my girls...they were determined to stay out on the floor and they didn't care who they were dancing with as long as they were dancing. At one point Presley said "mommy the party has started...this is sooo fun!!" How precious. They passed out on the way home and I snapped a picture of my too tuckered out babies. I will post it soon.
On a side note my brothers wedding was beautiful and Corinne was a gorgeous bride. We wish them all the best! We love you guys.

Poems for my children...
Ok....so with the start of the new year I decided that I wanted to work on making memories last. With that thought on thing I decide I was going to start a journal for each of my kids writing down quotes, activities, birthdays and anything that I wanted to keep as memories in their journals for them to read. So it has taken some time but each journal begins with a poem that I wrote for just for them and I wanted to share them below. :)
Presley
You have eyes like your daddy tender and blue
There are a million reason to why I love you!
You're a little silly but always sweet
You're my shadow and sometimes step on my feet
Your smile is as genuine as your heart
You love preschool and are very smart.
I am so proud of the little girl you are
I pray the Lord watch over you wherever you are.
Rylee
Your eyes are green with a little brown
You are the cutest monkey around.
You love to say "Thank you and please"
You always smile while saying "cheese"
You're sometimes wild but always sweet
You are apart of making our family complete.
I love you more than words can say
And I thank the Lord for you everyday!
Easton
Molded by God created in His love
You came into my life as a gift from above.
My handsome baby boy with smiles to share
I hold you in my arms with loving care.
My little charmer whose stolen my heart
God created you in his image just like fine art.
I love you as far as the eye can see
and I am so blessed that you are apart of me.

Thoughts on the new year....
It is really hard to believe that we are already in 2011 and it is already February for that matter!! Crazy how fast time has flown by. January was a rough month for us. We have been battling viruses left and right. Last week Rylee had the flu and/or a bacterial infection and she was running high fevers from Tuesday-Saturday. Thankfully Saturday was the turning point for her. Operation disinfect the Moyer house was in high gear last week. I was trying hard to sanitize the house so that Presley and Easton would catch the virus. Presley did catch a small bug but it only lasted a few days. I can honestly say that we are finally on the mend and I am hoping the February brings us good health!!
Presley is thriving in preschool!! I have felt so blessed to be at Apex United Methodist Preschool. Presley teacher this year is nothing short of phenomenal!! Mrs Pamela is truly a wonderful gift from God and has made such an imprint on Presley's life. I am so thankful for her and Miss Aimee. I may actually cry when we have to start Presley in the 4 year old class with a new set of teachers. Let me tell ya....Pamela has set the bar high!! Presley is starting to right her name! I am so proud of her. She has been working so hard on it. One thing about Presley is that she has a hard time practicing things...she is someone who waits until she can do it right the first time....hence why she still hasn't ridden a bike. She has tried that once or twice and realizes it is a little hard and stops. This is how she was with crawling and walking. She never walk and stumbled....when she walked she walked and did it without tripping. Wes and I are teaching her that practice is a good thing and that it will make things easier and/or better. She is such a pleaser by nature that I think it bothers her when she doesn't get something right the first time. Presley nature is so endearing. She is the modern day Snow White/Cinderella wrapped in one. lol. We are so blessed to see her grow. She tells me repeatedly that she is going to be a teacher when she grows up and I can totally see that!
Rylee is changing daily! It is hard to believe in just about a month she will be 2!! She is our spunky monkey! There are some signature phrases that Rylee says ALL the time! They are:
* "mines"
* "I do it"
* "mess"
* "hold u"
* "wait...I comin"
Of course she is talking more in sentences...however those are just a few signature "Rylee Phrases" that make Wes and I laugh. She says all of these phrases with so much passion and emphasis. It is too cute. In about a week I will be registering her for her first year of preschool!! I am so excited for her. Presley and Rylee will be at school together...how sweet!!
Easton is my little charmer...no doubt about it. He is a mommy's boy through and through. YAY!! He is growing daily. He will be 4 months on the 7th of February which is hard to believe. He is currently working on rolling from his back to his belly. He gets halfway there and then figures that is good enough and hangs out in that position for awhile it is quite funny. He is such a laid back little boy! He loves playing with his toys...he is really getting into grabbing his toys and not letting go! Easton is quite the conversationalist. I believe he is my most talkative baby. Always cueing and smiling at us. He just has so much to say at such a young age. He also LOVES watching tv...a Presley in the making. ;) I can't wait to see him as he changes in the next few months!! He is such a handsome boy.
Well we are making our way into February!! Hopefully we will all be healthy and gearing up for Spring! Wes and I are looking forward to laying out some plans to hopefully start the house hunting here in the Fall with hopes of moving next Spring or sooner. Our goal is to move before Miss Presley hits kindergarten. However, we are relying on the Lords plan and timing on this and his timing may not necessarily be ours. Maybe he wants this for us sooner. ;)
Well....this is my blog to kick off 2011. Here's hoping I can blog weekly...maybe even daily!!

I think it is about time for an update!!!
Ok Ok I know what you are thinking...where are all my blog posts?!?! Well life has been kinda busy these last few months. Easton arrived October 7th and life with 3 has kept me hopping. I can't believe it is already Christmas. We are just days away and I can't believe how fast time has flown by since Easton's arrival.
Easton is a great baby!! He was born 15 days early at a whopping 8lbs 13oz. He is a wonderful addition and both Presley and Rylee adore him. I love being a family of 5 and at times I feel content but then there are moments of wondering what it would be like to be a family of 6. hehe. Enjoy this picture of my 3 beautiful blessings. :)

Time-out was introduced to Miss Rylee
As much as I didn't think my heart was ready for it I put Miss Rylee my 18 month old in time-out for the first time yesterday. It was a snap decision I made and as much as I thought I was going to regret it and/or was going to be in for a battle with keeping her on the time-out step....she completely obeyed and it actually helped her calm down! Score. Rylee is a very passionate little girl and when she is committed to something she goes down with a fight and yesterday afternoon was my breaking point with battling one of her outbursts. So to time-out we went and she stayed there for the full minute. I was sooo proud of her. What a big girl she is becoming. Don't get me wrong she is a wonderful child and pretty much our family comedian. She hardly ever gets upset and loves greeting everyone with her toothy smile but when she does fall off her cliff of happiness she falls hard. lol. Rylee's a BIG girl now!

Summer 2010
Our Summer has been a busy one. From beach vacations, pool trips, birthday parties, and pretty much having every weekend packed with something we have had a great summer. Presley will be starting preschool soon! September 8th is her first day and she is sooo excited. We are patiently waiting for her teacher assignment to arrive. The planner in me does not like how long they wait to send out these assignments. Presley will be going 3 days a week this year MWF from 9-12. I am excited for her. She learned soooo much last year that I can't wait to see what she discovers and learns this year.
Rylee will be staying home with me which will be nice. It will give her and I 3 mornings a week to spend some one on one time together before Easton arrives in October. I am thinking I will take her to the park, walk around the lake and take her out for ice cream on these mornings....because I know after Easton arrives getting out will not be on the top of my list for sometime.
It is really crazy for me to think that I am already 30 1/2 weeks along with Easton. I am so ready to put a face with his name. Since I found out I was pregnant I have been praying over his delivery. I have to say I am nervous about it since Rylee was 8lbs 13oz and I had trouble delivering her which ended up in resulting in a little shoulder dystocia. I know that this is totally in the Lord's hands but I just pray he gives us wisdom when it comes time for delivery in regards to a c-section if he is looking large and/or putting faith in a natural delivery. I don't know if I would be as obsessed with this situation if my brother Stephen hadn't gone through the same thing as Rylee but his delivery was much more severe resulting in Erb's palsy (nerve damage to his shoulder and arm). I know that my pregnancy and Easton is in the Lord's hands and he has a plan for this delivery already and a plan for Easton's life. I just pray for strength no matter which direction the delivery goes. On a lighter note....I could not be more ready to meet our son. To hold him and feel his touch to mine. The girls are sooo ready to meet him. Presley randomly hugs my belly and says "I love you Easton Michael"!!
Wes is doing wonderful!! He has been promoted to Managing Partner and I am sooo proud of him. He has worked sooo hard over the past 2 years and I am so happy about where his job is heading. The Lord is faithful and we give him all the glory and praise for where Wes's job is currently and where it is heading. Besides work Wes is staying pretty busy with my "to do lists" and the girls constantly wanting him to play games such as "tick tock", "hide n seek", and "chase". Our girls absolutely adore him and look forward to him coming home everyday. He is a terrific daddy and I have know doubt that he is setting a wonderful example for our girls. He is honorable, trustworthy, loving, funny/goofy, easy going, honest and most importantly has a heart for the Lord. He is a wonderful man and I am blessed to be on this journey with him. :)
Well that is all for now!

BEACH!!
The Family!
Playing in the sand
seriously...this is what she did all day. Roll in the sand. What a sand crab!
My little cutieAdorable!
What a wonderful week it has been!! Our beach family vacation started this past Sunday and we are down to our last day!!!! The girls have absolutely LOVED it. We have gone out for ice cream, visited the aquarium and basically lived on the beach. Presley has loved building castles and holes and going swimming with her daddy and uncles. Rylee on the other hand has been a kamikaze darting for the ocean every chance she gets. She has no fear of the ocean. She also has a huge desire to be the ultimate sand crab. The sand does not bother her in the least. It is quite hilarious to watch her roll...yes roll in the sand.
I have been feeling great....however, wearing a maternity bathing suit is not my favorite. Wes and I have realized that a "family vacation" is very different than a "couple vacation." The down time we were wanting is not happening. However, we have thoroughly enjoyed our little girls and watching them light up everyday as the run out to the beach.

Flying Mommy and Rylee
So yesterday afternoon was eventful. Rylee has been dealing with a really bad diaper rash. I can't quite tell if it is from teething or maybe another ear infection. Anyway after waking up for her nap I was letting her run around upstairs without her diaper to let the rash air out. At some point she decided that she was thirsty and found her water. My first thought was to put a diaper on my child before she pottys on the floor. So I scooped her up and headed for her room. Well....apparently the girls had gotten all the toys out of Rylee's closest and one of them being the ball popper machine. I didn't even see it when I entered the doorway of her room. I somehow managed to place my foot in between the machine and went flying across the room with Rylee in my arms and the dang toy still attached to my foot. Within 3 seconds I thought "don't let go of the baby, don't fall on my baby and somehow I have got to stop myself from propelling into the window across the room. So when the foot without the toy found a little baring I threw my knee down in hopes to just fall on it and stop. O but no....we had picked up so much speed from falling that I was now skidding on my knee across the room. Can we say carpet burn!!! Finally I had to let one of my hands let go of Rylee in attempts to catch the upper half of my body before I came tumbling down on my belly. Well it worked but when my hand left Rylee's head her head flung back and hit a farmhouse toy. She was not happy in the slightest. For the price of one sweet carpet burn Rylee and baby are ok. Looking back it was really hilarious. My foot got caught in the weirdest way imaginable. What an afternoon!!

Sweet Blessings!
My life is nothing short of a blessing. I am reminded of God's love daily through the innocence of my sweet girls, my son growing inside of me, my husband who unconditionally loves me and our kids and leads our home focused on God's purpose for us, and my mom who gives of herself ALWAYS and without question. I am so blessed....thank you Lord for my family and for the life you have given me to live. Enjoy the pictures below
