PRESLEY'S 1st Birthday
Presley's 1st Birthday was a whirlwind. I blinked and the day was over. We had a busy Birthday week. Presley had her friends over for a dinner party on Wednesday and then her BIG 1st Birthday party on Saturday with family. Unfortunately, Presley was a little under the weather on her birthday. She was a trooper however, and loved seeing everyone.
I know all parents look forward to watching their child dive into their 1st Birthday cake. I was extremely excited about the event....however, to my surprise Presley wasn't interested in her cake at all. She actually became a little fussy. Poor thing. I think she had a minor cold on Saturday because it is now circulating throughout the family. If she felt the way I have been feeling these past couple of days I wouldn't want to eat a cake either. We did however give her a cup cake the next morning and she proudly ate it. Mommy's satisfied.......mission accomplished!!
Thanks to everyone who made Presley's 1st Birthday so special. Although she won't remember the day.....Wes and I will and we thank you! We love you all!
**Side Note**
There are so many pictures from her 1st birthday I wish I could post them all. I am in the process of uploading all the pictures to kodakgallery and will send them out shortly for all to enjoy!
