I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!

Christmas is now less than a week away. I can barely stand it!! I love Christmas!! I have been listening to Christmas music since beginning/mid November. This is my absolute favorite time of year. It is hard to believe that Presley's 1st Christmas is around the corner. Time has flown by. We went and looked at Christmas lights the other night. Presley loved it. Below are a few pictures from our adventure. I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful Christmas season!!!

Brent & Jenny: Our Friends

Brent & Jenny

Wes and I had to say goodbye to two of our closest friends and neighbors over the weekend. Our friend Brent works for CAT and was promoted/transferred to a location in Mississippi. So him and his wife Jenny moved on Saturday. I never thought it would be so hard to say goodbye. Wes and I were pretty bummed on Sunday. They were our black ball, burger cooking, coffee drinking, story telling, good hearted buddies. Having them just a few doors down was answered prayer.

Brent & Jenny: You will be missed. We look forward to visiting you in Mississippi. We love you guys and our so blessed to have you both as friends!! God bless!!

Last Saturday we had our annual Christmas Pancake Breakfast at the fire house followed by the Apex Christmas Parade that evening. Wes, Presley and I had a blast. Uncle Stephen was able to hang out with us and visit/play with Presley. Our friends Dave, Lauren and their little girl Caroline met us there. It was a great morning. I love these kinds of events. It makes are now large town seem small again. We came back that evening for the annual Christmas parade! We bundled Presley up from head to toe. She was an absolute cutie. Her nose was pink all night....just like Rudolfs! She absolutely loved the parade!! She was mesmerized by all the lights and music. What a great way to kick off the month of December and CHRISTMAS!!!

I have been a little behind in updating our blog. I'm hoping to catch up this weekend. Stay tuned!

The teeth are still coming!!

Presley now has a total of 7 teeth in her little mouth. I can see the eight tooth but it hasn't quite broken through yet. Will this child ever get a brake? My heart goes out to her. Since 4 months she has averaged 2 teeth a month. Hopefully after this eighth tooth pokes through she will have some down time before anymore start appearing.

Fun Times at Family Weddings

We've had two family weddings this fall. One in October and the other in November. We had a great time partying with the family. Presley is already dreaming of her wedding someday. She has already been to two weddings and is only 7 months old. Family renunions are the best. What a blessing it is to have such a wonderful family. Enjoy the pictures. Congratulations Girls on your marriage. Josh & Mike are very lucky.

Teeth Teeth and more TEETH!!

Presley finally cut her top two front teeth. This brings the total tooth count to 6! I am just hoping we will have a little break before the molars start coming in. These front two have been very painful for her.

I will be posting pictures soon! I think my transfer cord is arriving in the mail today.

Moyer Clan Update

We went down to Faith's last weekend and had a blast. However, I left my camera transfer cord there and I can't download any pictures. :( I am hoping to get it mailed to me soon. I will post pictures asap.

Things have been staying busy for us. We have another wedding this weekend and then are weekends open up until the holidays! YAY! Presley is staying busy. She is cutting her two front teeth which will be her 5th and 6th. The front two teeth have been tough. She is crying in her sleep, all of the sudden losing it when she is playing, clingy (which I love), and drooling all over the place. Hopefully, after she breaks these two teeth it will be awhile before more come through.

She is also crawling up the stairs, pulling up on everything, clapping, saying her B's, and giving us kisses when asked.

On another note Wes and I found out about a week ago that are friends Brent and Jenny who we dearly love are moving to Mississippi in 3 weeks. Her husband received a job offer that they couldn't turn down. We are so happy for them...but we are going to miss them. They only live a few doors down. I don't know what I am going to do when I can run a few doors down for coffee and a chat.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend. I will post pictures soon....once I locate the transfer cord for the camera.

Gamma and Presley.....Presley was getting a little tired. What a trooper.

Candy!! Yum. We took Presley trick or treating for Halloween. We stopped by Grandma Betty's House, The Fire Department to see Uncle Stephen, and Granddaddy and Gamma's House and then made it back to our house for all the neighborhood trick-or-treaters. We had alot of fun. Presley had 3 costumes for Halloween this year. Wes and I got her one and so did Aunt Faith and Grandma Betty. So we had to have her rock them all! She wore Aunt Faith's for the Harvest Fest and then the other two for Halloween. We have pictures below. Enjoy!
